What is counselling?
Counselling and therapy is practise that offers you a space and time to work through, explore and challenge your life experiences, your thoughts, your feelings and your behaviours. While we can not change the views, thoughts and feelings of others, we can learn to understand or find ways to express our own where we at times feel we have no voice.
