What is counselling?
Counselling therapy is practise that offers you a space and time to work through, explore and challenge your life experiences, your thoughts, your feelings and your behaviours. While we can not change the views, thoughts and feelings of others, we can learn to understand or find ways to express our own where we at times feel we have no voice.
Counselling is a practise that enables us explore and try to make sense of our world and the world around us. Through challenging our own thought processes, beliefs and values we can then begin to learn more about and accept our selves.
What conditions does therapy help with?
I have vast experience of working with clients from various walks of life. I work with both male and female clients who present a multitude of issues including: Stress, Relationship Issues, Panic Attacks, Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement and Loss, Redundancy, Addiction, Terminal Illness and many more issues.
